江苏东方总厂模具中心现拥有多台先进CNC加工设备及真空复模设备，是专业制作(CNC手板)快速成型样件、汽车内外饰件、摩托车饰件、灯饰件、家电饰件等样件及小批量生产成品的中心。本中心从1992年起与南汽、二汽等国内主要汽车生产厂家联合设计、开发、制作汽车内外饰件样件。专业制作汽车内外饰件木模，ABS板材吸塑环氧树脂模，聚胺脂仪表台环氧树脂发泡模，汽车地毯、顶蓬、亚麻、PU板压制模。
